| Minor Pro/Professional Player Profiles For a copy of the player profile form, print a copy from a link below ($350.00 Professional) and mail it to address below. Please fill it out honestly and to the best of your ability. When form is received it will be verified and professionally prepared and posted on Intrepid Hockey site (12 Months) . Any forms received without payment will not be accepted and no further action taken. Player fee will include 2 updates to profile per month. To post a video with profile (limit 7 Min.) There will be a $15.00 fee... For each additional video submitted there will be a $10.00 fee... Player can post a maximum 6 videos per 12 month contract (Posting will remain active on site for 12 months.) For professional representation there will be a Initial fee of $165.00 along with a binding contract with Intrepid Hockey for initiating contact with clubs.
